Terms of Use
Qseerna Company For Information Technology (unified number 7055480276) offers the Qseerna app to help owners' associations run their affairs. By using the app you agree to these terms. The Arabic version governs if the two differ.
The service
The app is free. It helps an association run its fund, its owners' shares, its decisions, its requests and the conversation between its members. It does not replace the Owners' Associations Law and its regulation, your association's decisions, or the Mulak platform.
Your account
You sign up with your mobile number and you are responsible for what is done from your account. You give true information about your units, and the association's leadership reviews it before accepting you as an owner.
Money
The app receives and holds no money. An owner transfers their share directly to the association's bank account, and the leadership confirms it arrived. Service providers are paid directly. Figures in the app record what the association enters, and the association is responsible for them.
Content and conduct
You are responsible for what you write or upload. Abusive, misleading or unlawful content is not allowed, and we have no tolerance for abuse or harassment. Every member can report any content and block anyone; the leadership reviews reports, we remove content that breaks these terms, and we may suspend accounts that do.
Service providers
Service providers are independent. The work and its price are agreed between you and them. We check their applications to join, but we are not a party to their contracts and do not guarantee their work.
Limits of liability
We work to keep the service running and provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for an association's decisions, disputes between members, or the work of service providers.
Ending use
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If we change them materially, we will tell you in the app.
