Delete your Qseerna account

In the app

1. Open the Qseerna app and go to My account.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Type the confirmation phrase, then tap Delete my account for good.

If you cannot sign in

Write to privacy@qseerna.sa with the subject "Delete account" and your mobile number. We carry it out after checking it is you, within thirty days.

What is deleted

We erase your name, number, personal data, photos and documents, and end your membership of every association. The association's financial records (such as the amount of an earlier payment) stay, without your name, as the law requires.
