Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Qseerna Company For Information Technology ("Qseerna", "we", unified number 7055480276) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the Qseerna app, under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. The Arabic version governs if the two differ.
What we collect
- Your mobile number and name, to sign you in with a code and to identify you to your association.
- Your units, their areas and title deed numbers, because they set your share and the weight of your vote.
- What you write or upload: messages, requests, photos, documents and transfer receipts.
- If you choose to add them: your full four part name, national ID or residence number, and email. For companies: commercial registration details and licences.
- Technical data the app needs to work, such as your device's notification token and the app language.
We do not collect your location in the background, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Why we use it
- To run your association: the fund, shares, votes, requests, the general assembly and conversations.
- To send sign in codes, invitations and the notifications that concern you.
- To keep users safe, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.
Who sees your data
- Members of your association see your name and messages in shared conversations, and the owners' register (names and unit numbers).
- Financial figures are seen only by the owners concerned and the association's leadership. Members never see your ID number; only its last four digits are ever shown.
- The service provider you choose for a request sees what it needs to do the work.
Who helps us
We rely on providers who process data on our behalf, and only as needed: Amazon Web Services to host the service and store files, Meta (WhatsApp) and Unifonic to send codes and messages, Apple, Google and Expo to deliver notifications, and Google Maps to look up the national address. When you type a request in your own words in the app, its text is sent to Anthropic to understand and carry it out; Anthropic does not use it to train its models. During the pilot the service and its files are hosted with Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany; we will move them to a data center inside Saudi Arabia before opening the service to everyone. Some of this data may be processed outside the Kingdom under the safeguards the law requires.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. If you delete your account we erase or anonymise your personal data, keeping only what your association needs for its financial records (such as the amount of an earlier payment, without your name) or what the law requires. You can delete your account even if you still owe your association money: deleting does not cancel the amount, which stays in its financial records without your name.
Your rights
You may ask to access, receive a copy of, correct or delete your data, and you may withdraw your consent. You can delete your account in Settings at any time (how), and we answer data requests within thirty days.
Security
Connections to the app are encrypted, access to data is limited by role, and every look at an ID number is recorded.
Children
The app is for adult unit owners and residents, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
