How do I create an association?

Download the app, choose New account, then Create a new association. Draw the building with its floors and units, then send each owner their invitation link.

How do I join my association?

Open the invitation link you received, or choose Member of an association and enter the association's platform number or its Mulak number. The leadership reviews your request and accepts it.

How do I pay my share?

No money passes through the app. Open Pay to see the association's bank account and a transfer reference, transfer from your bank's app, then declare the transfer with its receipt. You are notified when the leadership confirms it arrived.

How do I report content or block someone?

Press and hold the message and choose Report or Block. The association's leadership reviews reports.

I am a service provider. How do I join?

Choose New account, then Service provider, and register your business. You get a request number to follow its status.
